We have claimed compliance with the GIPS standards since 2000. Do we need to disclose which edition of the GIPS standards we complied with, and for which periods?

The GIPS standards are not a static set of requirements and recommendations. The GIPS standards will evolve over time. There is no need to refer to which edition of the GIPS standards and for what periods the firm has followed throughout time.
